We are going to create the new project named as *“Rotary inside out- from members to Rotarian”* It come under club service activities. Friends , the purpose of the project is to help Rotarians understand Rotary deeply, inspire involvement, and create better leaders, the project should be interactive rather than just a lecture. It can become a signature club program. Rotary is not just a service club; it is a movement of leaders dedicated to creating lasting change in communities and in ourselves. The more we understand Rotary, the more meaningful our service becomes. So the slogan of this project will be “ *Learn Rotary, Live Rotary and Lead Rotary*” Under this program or project we are going to arrange a specific Meeting for only this purpose. It should not be the only a meeting or Speech it should be interactive session. The RLI ( Rotary Leadership Institute) which will be conducted on 3rd and 4th October 2026 by our club,is the part of this project or movement. we are confident that it will help to my club members to understand the Rotary and lead the Rotary. We have chosen the first topic is “ Know about RCC” ( ROTARY COMMUNITY CORPS) And the guest speaker was our dear member Rtn. Amardeep Patil. Thank you.
